RETURN POLICY

If you are not satisfied with your order you have the right to return the products bought and ask for a refund. The products must be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery, which is written on the shipping document / proof of receipt of the courier transport company Please follow the instructions below for the product return process.

• The return of products is recommended to be done through the same courier transport company with in you received the product.

• Refunds are made by deposit in your bank account after checking the product.

• The general shipping costs of the returned products are at the expense of the customer. In case of wrong or defective products, shipping costs are at the expense of the store.

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS

You can cancel your order before completing the online process. The cancellation of an order that has been invoiced, packaged and delivered to the courier company by us is not accepted.
